Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the delegate: If you cancel 30 days or more before the course date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the course, 25% of the fee is payable. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the course, 50% of the fee is payable. If you cancel less than 7 days before the course, or don’t attend, the full fee is payable. Transfers: You may transfer to another course date once, free of charge, by giving 5 working days’ notice, subject to availability. Substitutions: If you can’t attend, you may send a colleague in your place. Please give me their details at least 5 working days before the course. Cancellation by us: We may need to cancel or reschedule the course, for example because of insufficient numbers, trainer illness or technical failure. In that case, we will offer you a place on another date or a full refund. We are not liable for any other costs you may incur. Late arrival and non-completion: To receive the qualification, you must attend the full course and complete the assessment. If you arrive late or leave early, you may not be able to complete the course, and we may need to move you to another date. No refunds will be given.
